Limitation of Liability

Collectors Crossroads shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the collectibles and services provided by Collectors Crossroads.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our systems or any personal information stored therein.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the descriptions, specifications, or information related to our collectibles.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our online platform or services.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like may be transmitted to or through our collectibles or services.

The total liability of Collectors Crossroads, for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the collectibles and services provided, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to Collectors Crossroads during the preceding six months.

This limit on liability is applicable irrespective of whether the claimed liability arises from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other grounds. This includes scenarios where Collectors Crossroads has been made aware of the potential for such damage.
