TENO served as the Reich’s technical emergency relief unit, and this banner signifies one of the highest command levels, marked by the silver eagle and elaborate fringe. The front features the German national eagle with the TENO cogwheel emblem over a swastika. The reverse presents a bold black swastika with cogwheel center. Worn on trumpet or pole, this banner represented elite status and national authority.
