German WW2 "Deutschland Erwache" Mirror - Marked "Ges. Gesch."

This is a WWII-era commemorative mirror featuring the inscription "Deutschland Erwache" ("Germany Awake"), a phrase prominently used in early Nazi propaganda.

The mirror is missing from the back side, while the oval inscribed side is fully intact. The reverse is marked "Ges. Gesch.", an abbreviation for "Gesetzlich Geschützt", meaning "legally protected," indicating trademark protection under German law.

Such mirrors were often manufactured as decorative propaganda items and given as gifts or awards within party circles and paramilitary groups such as the SA or SS. The "Deutschland Erwache" slogan was notably used on ceremonial standards and carried deep symbolic weight during the Nazi rise to power.
