Excellent German WWII Luftwaffe Generalluftzeugmeister civilian technician visor cap insignia, representing the technical supply, procurement, testing, and equipment branch responsible for supporting Luftwaffe operations.

The insignia features a Luftwaffe-style eagle and swastika positioned over a gear, a distinctive design used to identify civilian technical personnel and officials rather than standard military flying or ground units. This is the heavier, earlier-style version and is die-stamped from zinc or alloy.

The reverse carries a Ges. Gesch. protected-design marking and, importantly, retains all three of its earlier smaller mounting prongs. The combination of complete hardware, specialized branch association, and excellent preservation makes this a particularly attractive Luftwaffe insignia.
