A Model 1775 Infantry Sword from the Kingdom of Sardinia and Savoy, produced by the Navy Arsenal under Louis XVI (1775–1788) before the French Revolution. The blade is inscribed with “VIVE LE ROY DI____” (“Long Live the King”), linking it to royalist forces.

Originally issued for artillery troops, the sword was later adapted for use by both the navy and infantry, with 58,043 examples produced. This particular sword was professionally cleaned and oiled when acquired, maintaining and ensuring its preservation. A significant and fantastically preserved Revolutionary War-era weapon, offers collectors an opportunity to own an authentic piece of 18th-century military history.
