This rare German WWII Kriegsmarine M41 tropical cap is an original tan-colored example featuring a distinctive pink interior lining. Of particular note, the applied front eagle insignia is the less commonly encountered variation with the eagle facing left rather than right. The stitched-on eagle retains approximately 95 percent of its original stitching, though it shows light combat wear, including a small hole just to the left of the eagle. The cap itself remains in good overall condition, with minor discoloration consistent with service in harsh climates.
