SA Oath of Allegiance 1934 Badge

This is an original SA Oath of Allegiance 1934 Badge, issued in connection with the formal oath ceremonies conducted by the Sturmabteilung (SA) during 1934. Badges of this type were worn to commemorate participation in the oath of allegiance and were produced for official organizational use.

This example is manufactured in tombac with a silver finish. The obverse features the oath-related design rendered in clear relief. The reverse is marked “WÄCHTLER & LANGE, MITTWEIDA SA,” indicating manufacture by Rudolf Wächtler & Lange of Mittweida, a known period producer, and retains its original attachment hardware. 

This badge is an authentic example of Third Reich–period paramilitary organization insignia and is suitable for collectors specializing in SA memorabilia, oath and ceremony badges, and German political insignia, as well as for historical reference within a broader pre–World War II collection.
