This is a one-of-a-kind collectible: the Star Wars The Black Series Princess Leia (Slave Outfit) Action Figure by Hasbro, released in 2013. This 6-inch figure depicts Princess Leia as she appeared in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, when she was enslaved by Jabba the Hutt and later escaped from his sail barge at the Pit of Carkoon. 

Part of the second wave in The Black Series line, this figure was unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2013 and became available in October 2013.
