This German WWII Spanish Cross in Silver with Swords is maker marked CEJ for C.E. Juncker of Berlin and marked 900 for silver grade. The award exhibits crisp detail to the vaulted Maltese cross, with four Luftwaffe eagles clutching swastikas between crossed swords. The obverse rays show a light grey patina, while the reverse displays only light contact marks. The reverse is plain and fitted with a slender vertical bottle pin and functional hinge and catch assembly.

The Spanish Cross was awarded to German personnel who served in connection with the Spanish Civil War, most famously members of the Condor Legion and related military support formations. The version with swords denoted combatant service, while silver represented a higher class than bronze. C.E. Juncker was one of the premier makers of German awards, and Juncker-marked examples are especially respected for their quality, crisp detail, and desirability among advanced collectors.

This is an elegant and historically significant Spanish Civil War related decoration, combining fine Juncker manufacture, 900 silver marking, combatant swords, and the dramatic Luftwaffe eagle design. It is a standout award for collectors focused on German decorations, Condor Legion material, and pre-WWII combat service awards.
